Who we are
FairFX has been established by a group of people committed to giving the consumer a fair deal. The business is owned by experienced private investors and its Directors. All FairFX Directors are substantial investors in the Company. FairFX is a Public Limited Company and has a Money Service Provider Licence issued by HMRC (Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs).
Chief Executive: Stephen Heath
Stephen Heath is a Chartered Accountant and a registered individual with the FSA. His career has been spent with Morgan Stanley for 11 years and then most recently in successful businesses in the Financial and Property sectors in the UK and South Africa in both of which he was a major shareholder. These businesses continue to thrive.
Chief Operating Officer: Ian Strafford-Taylor
Ian is a Chartered Accountant. His career has been spent with both Morgan Stanley and UBS where he was Global Head of Securities Borrowing and Lending, Treasurer and European Head of Treasury Products including FX Trading and Forwards.
Internet, Marketing and PR: Jason Drummond
Jason Drummond is an internet and technology entrepreneur who has successfully listed several businesses in the internet and technology sector on AIM (part of the London Stock Exchange). These include Virtual Internet, Nettworx and Coms Corp.
IT: Jules Bean
Jules Bean is a software engineer and Head of IT at FairFX. His experience is with a number of Internet companies. He has a PhD in Computer Science.
