If you still need to contact us then please e-mail us a enquiries@fairfx.com. Our dedicated Customer Service team respond to e-mails to this address 7 days a week, 365 days a year. If you e-mail us during normal office hours you should normally receive a reply on the same day and we will always reply within 2 working days.

We prefer to use e-mail for enquiries to ensure that all our customers receive a quick response directly from the expert in-house FairFX Customer Service team. We do have several FairFX telephone services that you can use to top-up, get your balance, or get your PIN. Finally, there is an Emergency number to report a lost or stolen card. These numbers are all automated and are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. All are listed below.
