When you are purchasing your Foreign Currency you have an option of how you would like to receive your money, "Home Delivery" or "FairFX Currency Card." At this point please select the "FairFX Currency Card" option and complete the 100% on-line transaction process. Once your application has been approved you will receive two emails. One to confirm your order and a second giving details of your activation code. Please do not delete this email as it contains the code you will need to activate your card. You should receive your card and PIN (under separate cover) in 7-10 days.

Once you receive your card you will need to activate it. Once you have signed your card, please logon to our website and click on "Activate Card." You will need your card number and your activation code which has already been sent to you by email. You will then be prompted to create a log-in name and password so that only you can manage your card going forwards.

You can now use your FairFX Currency Card just like any other debit card in most ATM's, shops, restaurants, online, on the telephone or with any retailer with an electronic terminal that accepts MasterCard®. You can spend up to £2500, €3750 or $5000 per day, so long as you have sufficient funds on the card. To find out your balance, simply log-in to your on-line account, or use our SMS/text service.

When you require more funds, simply top-up your card free of charge online by logging into your FairFX account. You will get the very best rates available in the market by far!
