The Telephone Balance and Top-up Service

The FairFX telephone balance and top-up service gives you the power to manage your cards using a UK telephone number for even more convenience. You will require the following information whilst making a top-up using the FairFX telephone top-up service:

• Your FairFX Currency Card Number (the 16 digits on the front of your card)
• The last 4 digits of any payment card that you have elected to store with us.
• The last 3 digits of your CVV (the number that is on the signature strip on the back of your payment card)
• Your date of birth

1. Dial 020 7107 1206 (or +44 20 7107 1206 if outside the UK)(Standard UK landline charges apply)
2. You will then be asked to enter the full 16 digits of your FairFX Currency Card Number, followed by the “#” (hash) key.
3. Next, your date of birth will be required, followed by the “#” key.
4. At this point, your current balance on your FairFX Currency Card will be reported.
5. Select an amount to top-up with, in either your cards currency or as an amount in Sterling.
6. When prompted, enter the amount you require, followed by the “#” key.
7. The service will provide a quotation for how much you will be topping up with, the current exchange rate and how much it will cost.
8. When prompted, enter the last 4 digits of your saved payment card, followed by the “#” key.
9. When prompted, enter the 3 digit CVV from the back of any saved payment card, followed by the “#” key.
10. The quotation will now be confirmed to you again, including any additional charges incurred for using a credit card rather than a debit card.
11. You may proceed or cancel the order.
12. If you choose to proceed, you will be given a confirmation that the order has been processed and then disconnected.
