If you want to sell leftover travel money back to us, you can either pop into our City Forex store to do so in person or simply complete the sell back form and post it to FairFX c/o City Forex, 146 Leadenhall Street, London EC3V 4Q by insured special delivery along with your cash. Once we receive your money, we’ll be in touch to confirm the GBP amount you’ll receive for it. Please note, we don’t accept coins, 500 Euro or 1,000 Swiss franc notes.

Need to know more?

What if I won't be home to take delivery of my travel cash?

If you are not going to be in at the time of delivery, the money will simply be returned to your nearest Royal Mail delivery office. Should this be the case, Royal Mail will provide a "While You Were Out" card stating where you can collect your travel cash from.

Can my currency be delivered to an alternative address?

We have to follow strict rules when it comes to sending out travel cash which means we can only send your money to your UK residential address.

Can I place a denomination request?

We provide a wide range of notes in each order, so we expect that your order will include the notes you need. All our notes are unmarked. Unfortunately, we can't provide specific notes on request because of the large volume of orders we receive. Please note that we do issue €100 euro notes.
